Recently in Florida, the State Legislature passed a law allowing for Permitless Carry of a Concealed Handgun. In essence, the Florida Concealed Weapons and Firearms License issued by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is no longer required to carry a CONCEALED handgun by FLORIDIANS within the State. Not much else changed.
