This course consists of 2 sections: BIT (Basic Instructor Training) and NRA PPITH Instructor Training.

Pre-Requisite: You must have completed the NRA Basics of Pistol Instructor Course and the NRA PPITH Basic course. Your BIT must be within 1 year current. You must be able to demonstrate safe pistol handling and Drawing operations. You will need to qualify on a PPITH Instructor’s course of fire during the course (red dot optics are permitted). I will forward the prerequisites after you have been interviewed (Questionnaire review).
IMPORTANT: Students must not be ineligible to possess a firearm. If you feel that you might have an impediment to firearm ownership, please contact the instructor prior to registration.
$425 for Tuition, Books, and Range Fees. VETS/LEO Family discounts are available, Ammunition required: 200 rounds. Course time: Approximately 16 hours over 2 day or 4 evening sessions.
